Both Hands Bread specializes in flavourful, organic, whole grain bread, which is naturally leavened and nutritionally superior. Their hand-shaped loaves feature a moist crumb, thin, chewy crust, and are free of added fats, oils and sugars. Taste for yourself the magic that wet doughs, natural leavens (sourdough starters), and a hot, wood-fired, brick oven create.

You'll find the following kinds of bread and more at the market: 100% Kamut®, spelt & flax, red fife raisin fennel, dried cranberry and sunflower seed, "light" rye (We also sell organic granola).

Oven construction
