Ethnic Jamaican Foods
Rutland Wiliams was born and raised in Jamaica and began his career in his homeland, preparing and cooking in a number of tourist hotels. He emigrated to Canada in 1972 as an experienced chef in his national cuisine. His experience has been wide and varied, including owning and operating his own restaurants, being a contributor to the Multi-Cultural Association and other local endeavours: privately catered dinners, luncheons and parties and preparing individual orders.

Rutland has been a regular vendor at the Thunder Bay Country Market for many years and is pleased to offer a variety of ethnic Jamaican Foods every week.
