The Market Online Store has closed for online shopping.

The Market will reopen on Wednesdays for in-person shopping on August 12.

When can I order?

The site opens for Wednesday Pickup orders on Saturdays at 1 pm and closes on Mondays at 4:30 pm.

We do this so that our bakers can bake fresh to order and that our produce can be picked as close to your order pickup as possible.

Plus, we need the remaining time to pack all the orders to make the pickups as easy as possible.

For now, we are pausing Saturday pickups while we figure out our new flow with Saturdays reopening.

 

 

Why am I seeing items are in stock when the store is not open for orders?

We are updating inventory each Friday in preparation for the orders to reopen on Saturday, so that when the site goes live, the inventory is ready. 

Did my order go through?

If you did not get a confirmation email with an order number, your order did not process. Please try again.

It works best to create your account first, complete that, and then put in your first order – otherwise items in your cart may have sold out in the meantime.

Why can't I get the items I want?

Availability of product on the site has changed a bit since it has opened. We unfortunately no longer carry DeBruins produce or eggs from either Haywire Farms or Tarrymore Farms on the site.

Vendors are also often selling directly and through other places, such as Superior Seasons and local stores like George’s Market, so they have to balance the availability of their products.

An item was missing from my order, who do I contact?

Our apologies! Please email manager@tbcm.ca with your name, best phone number and order number and we will rectify that as soon as possible.

There was an issue with an item in my order. Who do I contact?

Oh no – we want to make it right. Please email manager@tbcm.ca and describe the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.

Can I still shop directly at the Market or order at the door?

Yes – we have now fully reopened on Saturdays – please see our Reopening FAQs for more information!

We will be reopening on Wednesdays on August 12 from 3:30 – 6:30 pm.

Do you have this vendor's products?

Not all our vendors have chosen to participate in Thunder Bay Country Market Online store, for a variety of reasons.
