online Ordering FAQs
For more information about the Market reopening, see our FAQs here
The site opens for Wednesday Pickup orders on Saturdays at noon and closes on Mondays at 4:30 pm.
We do this so that our bakers can bake fresh to order and that our produce can be picked as close to your order pickup as possible.
Plus, we need the remaining time to pack all the orders to make the pickups as easy as possible.
For now, we are pausing Saturday pickups while we figure out our new flow with Saturdays reopening.
We are updating inventory each Friday in preparation for the orders to reopen on Saturday, so that when the site goes live, the inventory is ready.
If you did not get a confirmation email with an order number, your order did not process. Please try again.
It works best to create your account first, complete that, and then put in your first order – otherwise items in your cart may have sold out in the meantime.
Certain items like fresh produce sell out each week, simply due to demand vs availability.
Vendors are also often selling directly and through other places, such as Superior Seasons and local stores like George’s Market, so they have to balance the availability of their products.
Our apologies! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, best phone number and order number and we will rectify that as soon as possible.
Oh no – we want to make it right. Please email email@example.com and describe the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
Yes – we are reopening on Saturdays in a limited way – please see our Reopening FAQs for more information!
Not all our vendors have chosen to participate in Thunder Bay Country Market Online store, for a variety of reasons.
Please see Our Vendors list for those in the Online Store, at Market and for our entire Vendor list.
Each of their listings has their contact details if you wish to deal direct with the vendor!
