Hearthstone Breads is where baking is more than just ingredients. It is an experience, a tradition and a daily comfort. Our sourdough comes from a starter named Fiona Brown, aka Fizz. She is over a decade old and has been a faithful companion to our bakers. With Fizz, we make breads and pastries which are sold at the TBCM. Hearthstone Breads is a gathering space built around the universal joy of baking. We are proud to fuel our neighbours, support our local farmers and encourage bakers who visit.
